Current Problem: Sometimes it is hard to prioritise the tasks and features, especially when working on or kicking off a larger project. Also during the course of a project it is sometimes not clear which features needs to be implemented next.
Possible Solution: User Stories & Story Mapping can/should be used throughout the project. First, the story map is created with as many people as possible, to align the understanding and consider multiple perspectives.econdly, it contextualises the features so that developers understand the ‚big picture‘ when creating the features. And finally, it provides a roadmap/overview for all team members (including the product manager).
