Poltergeist Bootcamp VR – Local Player vs. Player Game
Duration: Mar 2019 – Jun 2019 (2nd semester Master’s programme)
What do two little poltergeists, a colorful kitchen and total chaos have in common? In Poltergeist Bootcamp you play a poltergeist in a VR kitchen with only one goal: to cause more chaos than your opponent.
In Poltergeist Bootcamp you play a little poltergeist who is doing as much chaos and mischief as possible in a 50s style American kitchen. Poltergeist Bootcamp is a player-vs player game which takes place in virtual reality. You compete against another player and try to collect more points than him. You move objects around, break things or just try to find a banana in a huge pile of other objects before your opponent finds it. Power Ups let you run faster or activate abilities to distract your opponent. After 5 rounds of destruction and disorder foundation, the player who has collected the most points wins.
The goal of Poltergeist VR was to create a visually pleasing and fun game!
